A private pool filled with floaties and a water feature, as well as a grassy area to lay out or play yard games, will guarantee hours of fun for guests of all ages. Just minutes away from the Heritage district of downtown Gilbert, and 25 minutes from Phoenix/Scottsdale, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and nightlife to explore. This bright home has all you need for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.
The space
Vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows make this home bright and inviting. The living room is equipped with a 65” HDTV Roku TV, perfect for watching sports or family movie night. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out on our sectional couch, which also opens up to a pull out queen bed.
The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal- which you can share in the 8 person dining table or outside under the covered patio.
Ready to cool off? Relax under the umbrella in the shallow shelf area of the pool or float around on one of the many floaties provided.
Each bedroom has memory foam mattress, crisp cotton sheets and a white noise machine to create a sleeping sanctuary. Each bedroom also has a 32” HDTV with Roku streaming.
Working remotely? There is a dedicated work space in bedroom 2 equipped with a desk, work chair, flat screen monitor with HDMI hookup and laptop stand. Our pool is HEATED from late October through the end of March (weather dependent). There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for heating the pool during these months.
**If you would like the pool heated outside of the months listed above, we can accommodate for an extra charge of $25/day. Must be requested prior to arrival**
