Our wonderful, 90 year old, fully remodeled home features a cozy living area with Smart flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The master bedroom features a memory foam king-size bed. The 2nd Bedroom features two twin beds and 3 blow up mattresses for larger groups. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bed and crib, and stores a pack n play which can be moved throughout the home. Outside, you’ll find a patio equipped with dining space and lounge. *smoking is permitted outdoors but please discard of your trash appropriately. NO BUTTS! A natural gas grill, and a fire pit are available for your enjoyment below the house. You can fish from our own private pier, launch your gear from the dock, Dine in the salty breeze, or just enjoy the scenic views. This home also has fast WiFi, central AC/Heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. TVs in living room & bedrooms 1&2. Toys, games, puzzles, kids tents, hot wheels, Barbie’s and MORE!
We love our bunkhouse! Opa & Gigi bought the bunkhouse across from their home in 2020 for their 5 children and 10 grandchildren to enjoy when they visit. The family spends time here year round. There’s always something to do! Because we enjoy this home year round, you’ll find extra features we hope you’ll appreciate and take care of for us. All children’s toys, books and games are available for your use and enjoyment. Please clean anything that is dirtied, and please alert the host if anything needs tending to. A bumbo chair and attachable high chair are available for your tots eating pleasures.
