This is the best of lake living! This newly renovated 2-story home is a beautiful open concept on the water with views from almost every room and filled with vintage charm. It features hardwood floors throughout, a custom gas fireplace accented with natural stone, a three-season porch, patio area, a large yard, fire pit, shared dock, and ample parking. Huge windows throughout and an outdoor patio area is your front-row view to breathtaking sunrises over Lake Winnisquam and majestic mountain skyline. Swim and fish right from the dock or work on your tan. Or, during the colder months, snowmobile right onto the lake. This waterfront home shares the waterfront and driveway with another home as you can see from the pictures.
Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, air conditioning and gorgeous water frontage here. All bedrooms are on the second level with 2 Queen beds in one of them with an ensuite 3/4 bath, 2 Queen beds in one of the bedrooms overlooking the lake, one bedroom with a King bed overlooking the lake. There is a shared, full bath on the second level in addition to that ensuite bath. Downstairs is the 3rd bathroom with laundry. The eat-in kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee machine, and dinnerware, silver, and cookware. There is a Weber gas grill on the back patio with a full propane tank.
