Year round spa and seasonal pool privileges are included in this rental and are right next door, tennis courts are just two blocks.

This condo features fully equipped kitchen, complete w/ dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, everything you`ll need to cook to your heart`s desire, all linens provided, one car garage for your use. Light and bright with lots of windows, vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room make this condo inviting. This is a second level unit w/ 2 bdrm (1 king, 1 queen), 2 baths, one with tub shower and one with shower only. There is a queen air bed available also which will accommodate 2 more. TV w/cable, DVD player, AC, washer and dryer for your convenience, and garage access available to guests.
