Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location with magnificent views of Table mountain and Robin Island similationously, however Blouberg Winds are very rough, hence not able to use the braai facility and at times, the roof also sounded like it was reaching take off mode.

Negative: 1. Aircon discharge pipe leaked inside hence we didn't use AC. 2. Sliding door key was not located in unit, hence door was unlocked. 3. Sliding door wheels need to be replaced as it was not sliding as designed too, freely.

Summary: Great location but open area on balcony was not best used considering the heavy winds in area
