Close to everything, yet away from it all when you stay at this water front home. You will be walking distance from restaurants, shops, & the Nassau-Greenbelt Hiking Trail, kayaking/paddle boarding from the back yard, bring your boat (up to 48’)! 8 min. from the train station and the ride is 1 hour to NYC. Vineyards 1 hr east, Jones Beach 20 min. away! MANY parks and arboretums, concerts, theatre, fine dining, and so much more! Be sure to check out my guide, many fun things there!
The space
Our home is a high ranch style home. The main living area and primary suite with a queen bed and private bath is upstairs. A second bedroom with a queen bed and half bath across the hall are also upstairs. The bunk room is downstairs and has 2 twins and 1 full sized bed. There is a full bath, living room and office space downstairs as well.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and dock, boat not included, but paddled boards and kayaks are!
