This beautiful year-round lakefront home is seated upon a low bluff on 2 acres overlooking Lake Michigan and plays host to spectacular sunsets. The home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 Vintage bathrooms from the 70s, with common areas consisting of a front porch, large well-equipped chef's kitchen, dining room, living room, and workstation in case you have to do some work while on vacation.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 and features a large screen tv, high-speed wifi, apple tv, Roku, and 7 connected echo dots throughout the home(these are all voice-activated and can be connected to play music across the entire home). House is also stocked with books, games, and puzzles for rainy days.
The living/dining area features large picture windows and a door that leads out to a patio overlooking Lake Michigan with a gas fire pit, furniture, and grill. Plenty of space and provisions for hammocking and yard games like bocce ball, corn hole, frisbee.
With less than 45 (?) steps down the stairs, your toes will be in the sand and you will be able to enjoy 190 ft of private beach.
