This beautiful two bedroom condo is located in the gated community of Kierland Greens. The condo is located in a quiet location on the inside of the community. The property borders the spectacular 27-hole golf course at the Westin Kierland. It is a short walk to Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter where you can enjoy fine dining and world class shopping. Spring training baseball, golf courses, hiking trails and Old Town Scottsdale are all nearby this premier location. If you choose to stay home, enjoy the warm temperatures at the resort-like pool, work out facility and outdoor barbecue and dining area. Spring or Fall couldn't get any better!
THE CONDO
The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed in a quality bedroom set. Watch your 42 inch television from your master bed. A large walk-in closet allows you to bring your full wardrobe! The master bathroom is big enough for both of you to get ready in the morning and enjoy the large shower, full-size mirror and two sinks.
The second bedroom is also available in case friends drop by. It has a comfortable queen bed, nightstand and large closet. The second bathroom allows for you to take a shower or tub and enjoy privacy all your own.
Rise and shine with a freshly brewed cup of coffee at the 4-person dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with a 4-burner electric stove-top, water-dispensing refrigerator, oven and microwave. A brand new washer and dryer is also available for your use in the unit. The condo is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans are in each bedroom and two in the living room.
Unwind at night watching the 50 inch flat screen smart TV in the living room. You can also enjoy the gas fireplace while relaxing on the comfortable sectional couch or catch up on your e-mail at the convenient desk in the living room. Free WiFi is available for your use. The interior of this condo boasts tall ceilings and an open-concept layout, perfect for friends and family!
There is a large patio with a table and two chairs outside to watch the day go by and enjoy some quiet breezes.
So many activities are within walking distance of the condo, but should you bring your car you can park inside in the two car, attached garage with an inside entrance into the condo. A garage door opener is supplied for easy access to the garage as you come and go. Parking notes: Kierland Greens requires parking your car in the garage overnight/No Car is allowed outside overnight.

Every type of cuisine is available within a short distance and many specialize in unique Happy Hours. Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter are among the area's top shopping centers, just a short walk past the golf course.
Drive 10 minutes to reach the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course. This prestigious venue offers 2 different courses, the Champions Course and the Stadium Course. Its Stadium Course is the annual venue for the internationally known Waste Management Phoenix Open tournament that draws guests from all over the country.
Walk 5 minutes to spend your day getting pampered at Agave, the Arizona Spa & Salon. This high-end spa offers a range of treatments including full body massages, facial therapies and agave scalp treatments.
