Princeville is one of the most exclusive areas in ALL of Hawaii, and an extremely sought out vacation destination. When comparing condos, one should research DENSITY (some have hundreds of units, plus A & B side "lock-outs".. And (if possible) also research OWNER OCCUPANCY rates. There IS a difference in these two very important factors, and location really is everything!
