The Boat House has a large screened in front porch with lake views and plenty of seating for reading a book or entertaining, as well as a dining table for enjoying meals while surrounded by nature.
Downstairs indoor amenities include a newly renovated kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher, a downstairs bedroom with double bed and French door to porch access, a full bathroom including bathtub/shower and both a washer and brand new dryer, a dining room and table that seats 10, a spacious living room with a usable stone fireplace and cable TV. Upstairs you’ll find a half bath, a single bed in an open bedroom layout, a sleeping porch including 4 single beds, and a master bedroom with lake views and a double sized bed.
Outdoors you can enjoy an open front lawn just steps away from the water. You will have the option of using a selection of two paddle boards and two kayaks. You can enjoy water access by using The Boathouse’s dock that you can both bask in the sunshine on and dive off of into the water.
