Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful newly renovated private Home is clean and comfortable. Only 4-5 min driving and 10-15 min walking distance from falls. It can sleep 6-8 people and includes 3 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen bed), a living room, dining room, full working kitchen, one full bathroom, upper back porch, New reinforced balcony off back bedroom. Pocket doors between the living and family room. Spacious front foyer. Fully fenced in yard (front & back), large front porch. Metal Swing chair 3 person can sit, Wifi, Heating & all bedroom have Air conditioner ❄️
The space
We recently finished renovating this entire house.
Everything almost new and clean. Most of the homes in Niagara Falls area, including this one, are 100 years old.
Each bedroom has a bed, 2 bedrooms have closet space, and others bedroom have dresser & closets hanging rack and Having an air conditioner in all bedrooms.
Our check-in time 04 pm and check out time 11 am if you have any special requests for early check-in please let me know 2-3 days before. We have self check in system before 1 day we will send you lockbox, wifi password and all the details.
Parking in rear for up to 4 vehicles or you can park for free on the street in front of the house for 24 hours.
High speed Internet via WiFi is available.
The full kitchen has a stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, cooking items, cutlery and dishes. The dining room can seat 4 people and the living room has a big sofa, and smart TV with streaming apps you can sign in to also we have Iron, Iron board, Hair dryer.

Please note Most of the homes in Niagara Falls area, including this one, are 100 years old and we newly installed floor vinyl, new paint, new electric, plumbing, Furnace, Air conditioning & inside almost everything is new but structure is not new.
