Welcome to our little resort! Have fun, relax and rest in this newly remodeled country house. Enjoy the tranquility and security of the area and the many amenities offered by this accommodation. And the best, it is just minutes away from markets, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The best of both worlds!
The house has several entertainment options. You will spend hours in the our beautiful pool and in the game room. You won't have to go out to have fun.

Pool
We have a beautiful and large 20x40 ft in-ground pool with lounge chairs, outdoor dining and grill area. The shallow end is 3ft and the deep end is 8 ft. You and your guests will have a wonderful time in the the patio area taking in the sun, playing ping-pong or watching a movie with the projector while you are in the pool. (Pool open May 15th - October 15th)
Game room
The house has a large and well-lit game room with views of the patio and pool and has several entertainment options: pool table, air hockey, dart board and board games (sequence, sorry, monopoly, chess, uno and connect 4). You can be sure that you and your guests will never get bored.
Bedrooms
The house has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 guests. All rooms have smart tv's with Netfilx, Hulu, Disney plus and Amazon prime video accounts. 2 full bathrooms on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor.
Surroundings and patio
The property has a large patio with many trees. You will find a firepit area where you can spend pleasant moments with your friends and family. If you want to explore, you will find many beautifully landscaped parks and trails within walking distance. Have an afternoon picnic at Minnewaska Lake or take in the beautiful view from Sam's Point Overlook. Plus there is a park with basketball, tennis and baseball courts on one side of the property.
