A total of 6 people will stay here very comfortably. The additional area on the ground-level (not under a/c) is featuring a ping pong table, TV, and a seating spot which opens up to the back yard pool oasis.
The open floor plan offers a top of the line kitchen with plenty of room to cook, breakfast bar and large dining table to enjoy that great family dinner. The comfy living room will invite to catch a movie together. You can also hang out on the screened in lanai for some family time or enjoy a meal al fresco at the additional dining area.
Bean Point Bliss is located north of Pine Avenue and a short walk to the beautiful Bean Point beach and made easier by a beach cart to carry all your beach items. The list of extra amenities is long: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach cooler, grill, blender, drip coffee maker, outdoor shower, just to name a few items. After your beach day, relax in the tranquility of the tropical pool setting surrounded by lush landscaping.

EXTERIOR
Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower and hop in the 24 x 8 ft. pool or the spa for another refreshing moment. The game room is just off the pool and will keep everybody entertained. A gas grill to cook your catch of the day and plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family will end the perfect Island day.
Parking is provided in the garage and the driveway.
Optional pool heating, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. There is also cooling available in the summer months at a cost of $150.00/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
