Newly remodeled modern beach vibe home in highly sought after Seahorse Estates, the most luxurious neighborhood in Freeport. 1-acre lot on the beach with PLENTY of parking. Our beach is a sanctuary on the Texas Gulf Coast. There is no traffic, just the beauty of a quiet beach open to how you want to enjoy it. It is a retreat for recreational sportsmen, sun-lovers, nature-enthusiast, and Gulf adventurers. We have completed our remodel, it is now a 6 bedroom and 4 bath and we just updated our pics as well. 1st floor has 3 bedrooms. A master suite with a private bath and king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen, Bedroom 3 has a queen and a double bunk. 1 additional full bath on the 1st floor and if needed a foldout couch queen bed as well. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with a loft/bunk area that sleeps 6, Bedroom 4 has a queen and a triple bunk, Bedroom 5 has a queen with a triple bunk and Bedroom 6 has a queen.
