Located one block east of Montauk Village, in a nature preserve south-east corner of Montauk Hwy & S.Etna Ave on a quarter acre. 5 minute walk to beach and town. Two decks, one outside the kitchen sliding doors, and an upper deck with a view. Side yard. The house is clean, comfortable and inviting. Interior painting done last season along with laminate flooring. Currently updating outside - painting and paving. 3 day minimum . Discounts for biweekly, 3 week, and monthly rentals.
