It is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath with all the modern amenities, an elevator, and with boogie boards, bikes and beach chairs in the uncluttered garage (It's the only uncluttered garage I've ever seen- (that's how you know it is brand new!).
There are great ocean views and a pleasant breeze, in and outside dining, a well stocked kitchen and pleasantly quirky furnishings. There is room to sleep 13 in multiple zoned air conditioning.
In cooler times, turn on the heat, or relax in front of the living room fireplace.
