This waterfront home in South Bethany has a private dock right in your backyard and the canal leads to the Little Assawoman Bay. The home is just a four minute walk to the beach! The best of both worlds in this updated home with new kitchen, large great room, tile floors, open sun-room and large back deck overlooking the canal. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with great room, kitchen, dining room, and sun-room all flowing together. Featuring bedroom and full bath on main level and three more bedrooms and a full bath on top level. Enjoy our outdoor shower, kayaks and barbecue grill during your stay.
During Summer months (Mid- May to Early Sept.) our home is rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday with check-in time at 3 PM and check out time at 10 AM. Instructions and code to the key box will be given prior to arrival.
