The home consists of two parts, the first is the main and larger area with two floors, 4 bedrooms (1 king & 4 queen beds) 4 full baths, 3 seating areas (windowed sun room, living room with fireplace, lower movie lounge) and large kitchen & dinning area. Xtra large Full Bath Room in second floor Primary Bedroom with large private deck overlooking yard, ideal for privacy and separate sun bathing and watching sunsets.
The second section of the home (attached) is the original 1800’s farm house recently renovated with 2 floors:
- new (1st floor) large 2nd Primary Bedroom with seating area.
- Large full bathroom with double sinks, vanity, dual shower heads and separate tub.
- 2 additional recently renovated bedrooms (5 twin beds between both rooms)
