The master bedroom has a brand new king size Tempur-pedic mattress as of July 2023 with a 55" flat screen TV, while the guest bedroom has 2 full size brand new Tempur-pedic mattresses as of July 2023 with a 43" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a large 65" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, while the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Condo is located on the peaceful Bayside inter coastal. Relax on the pier and watch the boats go up and down the waterway. The Palm Bay Club is a great complex with a wonderful staff to help your everyday questions or concerns. On the Gulf side there is a wonderful palm tree lined walkway to the beach. Siesta Key beach is rated one of the BEST beaches in the world. Enjoy the white sand beach with our complimentary beach chairs and enjoy all the water amenities it has to offer. Great sun bathing , shore fishing, paddle boards, kayaking, parasailing and more. Great walk to the public beach which offers life guard swimming, two restaurants, play ground for kids and competitive volleyball nets.
