Summary: Pleasant attendant at check in! Room was ok, TV remote would not turn on the tv, we turned it on manually by pressing the button on the tv, only one channel worked the rest were static. Went to the pool instead. The pool was a basic 3ft at one end 5ft at the other not very big, but very clean and refreshing after a long hot day at the Iowa State Fair. Beds were nice and comfy, air condition worked great! Next morning at 7am, went to get coffee in the lobby, there was a housekeeper having a not so happy discussion with the morning front desk attendant. I went to the coffee dispenser but it was completely out I asked the attendant if there was coffee anywhere else, she said no, but we can make some. I went into the space where the free continental breakfast sign was posted to get food for my child. I looked at the cereal, but then noticed there was no milk so decided to make waffles instead. After getting waffles cooking in the iron I realized there was neither butter or syrup for the waffles only grape jelly or cream cheese available. I also noticed at that time there were several other plates setting out on the counter with cooked waffles and toasted bread, now I know that was left by the family that was walking out with a crying child as I was walking in. I went back to the front desk but no one was there. I could hear people arguing down the hall. I threw my waffles in the trash, went back to my room, packed up and we left. We noticed to two police cars as we pulled out.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned or serviced. I had to go ask for everything when we got back to our room.Each night. Was told on the last night that we had to ask to have it serviced, wish we would at new and that when we checked in.

Summary: Tv didn’t work, front desk wouldn’t answer, room wasn’t refreshed after the 1st night so no clean towels, room was ok and looked like pictures on the app but the rest of hotel DID NOT. We were put in the building behind the main building which felt very strange.

Summary: Hotel was not as great as advertised. No elevators and Wi-fi was down for entire stay. Incredibly short staffed but those who worked were very pleasant. Just not what we were looking for with bringing our children. Adult entertainment nearby that is nowhere in pictures and attracts an interesting crowd. Trash was not changed, rooms were not attended to. Had to contact staff via their own cell phones to get help.

Summary: Checked in, went to room, no towels, no extra toilet paper, no kleenex. Went to the front desk and got towels and tp. Evidently they had absolutely no kleenex. On day 3 had to ask the front desk for clean towels. No daily service in the rooms. Tried to call front desk to ask about wifi, had to go back to the front desk to ask and they had a sign to call the front desk person. She explained no wifi from the storms that weekend. (this was Sunday) Had no wifi for the stay and we left on Wed. Pool was fine, but no towels kept at the pool so my granddaughter was using her shower towel as her pool towel also. Room was comfortable. Exercise room was locked and had a notice on the door from March, 2020.

Summary: I will never visit this hotel again. Room smelled really bad and restroom was sticky. Was almost too grossed out to touch anything

Summary: The room wasnt clean. Took off my shoes and stepped in something crunchy. Looked closer looked like food was spilled and poorly cleaned. The room only had 1 towel. Pool said it would have towels so to not take any from the room. There were none. The staff were nice though.
