Located on deep water in South Ocean Pines, this home is perfect for those seeking to relax on the water, take a short drive to Ocean City or Assateague Island, or to get out on the bay from the home’s large boat dock.
Step inside to be greeted by an expansive great room with 20-foot ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the bay. The large kitchen features granite countertops and new cabinets. Dine in the large great room, on the screened porch, in the kitchen, or outside on the deck with the most expansive, yet serene water views in Ocean Pines. At night, the kids can play games or watch TV in their own space in the open loft.
Sleeping accommodations include three large bedrooms on the main level and a fourth private suite upstairs with a large bedroom which sleeps four, a large private loft with a sofa bed, and a large bathroom.
From the quiet cul-de-sac, it's less than two miles to great shopping, dining, a library, swimming pools, tennis and paddleball courts, sports fields and jungle gyms, and two live music venues within Ocean Pines. This is a great community for biking and jogging, with close proximity to Ocean City and Assateague Island as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
