Full sized washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, toaster, and other kitchen accessories are available for your use. Living room has a brand new 55" flat screen TV with blue-ray player. Smart TV and WiFi are present in the condo for renters. An air purifier, humidifier, and 2 fans are present in the closet if needed. 2 hair dryers are located in the bathrooms. An iron is in the master closet. Please use these accessories at your leisure.
There is also, an outside patio that overlooks the courtyard that is perfect for morning coffee. It has a high top table and 2 comfortable swivel chairs! The condo is located on the first floor and is easy to access, along with a personal door code for each renter.
