The pool can be cooled from July - Sept or heated from May - June and October for an additional $650/week + tax. Note: If the temp goes below 55 the pool heat pump will not work. OCEANFRONT PARKING available with Gate Fob; $50 charge if lost.

This home is only a 2-minute walk from the beach with a Neighborhood Oceanfront Boardwalk, Deck, Showers, and One Car Parking.
