Bedroom 1 is on the main floor & has a king size bed, TV, & private patio. The kitchen has a bar for 5, modern appliances, granite countertops & is fully equipped for the cook & baker alike! The living room's stone fireplace, large screen TV & fully stocked game cabinet, can be enjoyed around the 6-person farmhouse style dining table. The laundry room is just off the primary bedroom on the main floor. The lookout sunroom is full of windows with mountain views, a bar table for 4, & a seating area. It also has a Classic Arcade Game table with over 400 games. (Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders & many more.) The upstairs mountain view loft has a queen log bed & twin bunk beds, large TV, private bathroom & patios.
Outside there is ample parking for cars & boat trailers alike. Outdoor amenities include: a new 7-person Hot Springs Spa that overlooks the slopes, basketball hoop, sun deck for dining, BBQ, 2 fire circles w/propane fire pits, & a full outdoor playground, the Honey Bear Village. It has slides, a rock wall climb, swings, & more. There is also a playhouse & sandbox for the little cubbies. Cornhole, horseshoe pits, & 4 t's of frisbee golf & Giant Jenga are available for those still young at heart. The one-of-a-kind Game Room features 450 square feet of additional fun, which includes Skee-ball, pool, ping pong, a 2-person basketball arcade, foosball, air hockey, darts, tic tac toe & TV!
