The new 1200 square foot structure is comprised of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities, all of which can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The property has been designed to showcase the beauty of the surrounding area, with large windows that offer an unobstructed views of the countryside and mountains beyond.
You will be staying in a newly remodeled addition which connects an 1830's brick farmhouse to the barn. The newly constructed connector showcases the outside of the brick house and the barn, from the inside. It is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath with laundry facilities. The space includes Wi-Fi and outdoor grilling. There is also a designated game table, bed linens, towels, and paper products are all included for your convenience.
It should be noted that the property borders the Canadian Pacific Railway, and freight trains frequently travel along this line. Typically, two freights run at night, around 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Additionally, the property is located near New York State Route 22, and trains passing by this area blow their whistles for safety purposes as it passes the house.
Guest access
You will be staying in the new connecting portion of the farmhouse. There is a second story sweetheart porch off of the connector bedroom you will also have access to the main porch on the brick house and the seven acres of property.
