Mountains of Lake Luzerne New York.
Whether you're seeking a weekend getaway, on business or here to get rejuvenated, this is the place to stay!

This is a no pet property.
This one bedroom one bath home is nestled on a private Mountain shared road in beautiful small friendly town of Lake Luzerne.
Comfortable and cute, we started renovating in December of 2022.
Our home is right next door but no worries about your privacy, we are a quiet retired couple that you may not see after we hand you the keys unless you need anything at all.
Some history of the home, it was built by my Father in law in 1999.
He also built our home in 1963 which my family lives in now.
In between these years he also built two more homes on the private road.
He left his mark on this mountainside and kept active until the day he passed at the age of 101.
This tiny home includes a carport for two vehicles (Clearance on carport is appropriately 6'4 inches) a storage shed. If you require some extra space like hiking equipment or bikes, we've got you covered.
BBQ grill and outdoor fire pit, wood provided.
Great for a dinner or s'mores by the fire. You can also sit and relax taking in the amazing view of the garden.

Full Kitchen with dining room area, micro bathroom, mudroom/nook area for storage and a small yet very snuggly, cozy little bedroom with double bed.
