Beautiful townhome on the 18th hole of the Country Club of Green Valley (AZ). This home is 1615 sq. ft. with 2 br/2 ba, an office and 2-car garage. All amenities are here - full kitchen with electric range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and breakfast nook overlooking the front patio. The large dining room-living room (great room) has tall ceilings, lots of windows, dining table with leaf, leather couch, TV, DVD player, and a sliding door that exits to the rear patio which faces the 18th hole. The master bedroom is large. It has a king size bed with memory foam topper, walk-in closet, 3 dressers, 2 night stands, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks, walk-in shower, and toilet room. The guest room has a queen bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and closet. Right next to the guest room is the guest bathroom with tub and shower. The laundry area with full size washer and dryer is across from the guest bathroom. The office is between the master bedroom and guest bathroom. It has a desk, credenzas, 2 leather chairs with footstools, built in well stocked bookshelves, and an opening to the great room. It's the perfect place to read, catch up on computer work, or have a quiet nap in the comfortable chairs. Each patio (front and back) has a table and 4 chairs. The back patio is partially covered and has rocking chairs and tables - the perfect spot for an afternoon snack. A grapefruit tree will help keep your breakfasts healthy. There is a grill on the back patio. A flagstone path runs along the side of the house connecting the front and rear patio. There are two rosebushes on that side, visible from the kitchen and dining area. The two-car garage has plenty of storage for you to keep things, and plenty of supplied items that may come in handy during your stay, including a cooler for picnics in Madera Canyon or the Historic Canoa Ranch.
Close by: Sahuarita and Green Valley for shopping and dining - 5-10 min drive. Tucson - everything you might need - 30-45 min. drive depending on area of town. Tucson International Airport is 30 min away. Beautiful Madera Canyon in the Santa Rita Mountains - 15 min drive. Historic Tubac, AZ - 25 min drive. Nogales, Sonora, Mexico - 50 min drive. This home is move-in ready, fully furnished and appointed, and ready to be enjoyed. All utilities are included in the rent.
