Sits on a 0.51 acre lot. Full amenities including a gas grill, gas fireplace, a large deck, central air and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. From May-September, you can rent for the week or on the weekends with a nightly rate, and you must sign a short term vacation rental contract. There is also an additional cleaning fee. No pets, no smoking and no big parties. Minimum stay is 1 night. All 4 bedrooms have been supplied with Hunter Douglas window blinds. There is FREE parking at Saratoga Casino and Raceway -Harness Track and from there, you can take a shuttle to the Saratoga Race track- runs daily.
