The space
This home was updated in 2019 (no more 70s) with an open-concept spacious feel. The house is perfectly located the middle of all the activities, in Phase 2 development of newer homes. It is 2100 sqft with all ceramic tile flooring and common areas have stylish furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items and includes an electric stove, air fryer, toaster, side-by-side refrigerator, and brand new dishwasher and more. There is a 2-car garage, enclosed Lanai, and bonus Arizona Sun Room. The house also features a large laundry room with a washer and dryer, folding table as well as a brand new AC/Heat unit.
Guest access
The 2nd bedroom will be locked (owner’s room), but there is still plenty of space to relax in other areas of the house. Feel free to use the entire house except for one small closet in the laundry room, which is used for storage of supplies and the owner's private items. The owner keep a dedicated room with their personal item. They enjoy using the home when it is not occupied with guests.

As a HOA Homeowner who respects my neighbors, it is important to adhere to the age restrictions and regulations put in place for the community. Requiring identification allows us to verify that residents meet the 55+ age requirement and do not have children under 19 stay longer than 2 weeks, as mandated by our HOA rules.
