The main living area is located on the third floor. The open plan seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high end stainless appliances ready to entice your inner gourmet. A central island, and dining table easily accommodate seating for 12. Open the sliders out to the balcony and let that gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico create the perfect backdrop to your entertaining.
The owner's suite is also on this level. A tranquil haven in itself offering a King size bed and spa-like bathroom complete with your own private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Enjoy some private time catching up on your favorite shows with the 40” TV or indulge in a good book and quiet moments out on the balcony. This main level boasts a second washer and dryer and a half bath for guests, adding another level of comfort and convenience.
The second level of this home has four bedrooms, 3 offering King size beds and private gulf view balconies, and one with a queen over queen bunk bed – maybe fun for the younger kids. Each of these well-appointed rooms has their own ensuite bathroom and each with their own 40” TV. There is a full washer and dryer on this level, as well as a wet bar for convenience. There is plenty of space for everyone in the group to unwind in their own style and comfort.
The special WOW factor of this home is on the entry level. As you enter the home, the fun begins with foosball, air hockey, and a 65-inch wall mounted TV. Create some fantastic friendly competition among the group as you challenge each other and test your own skill. Step through the French doors to your own private outdoor oasis with a sparkling heated pool and plenty of lounging space to soak up the Florida sunshine! Splash all day long in the privacy of the fully fenced yard.

Relax back at the home with an invigorating outdoor shower, and then show off your grill master skills on the patio with the provided BBQ. Parasailing and jet skiing are back. Publix is just 1 mile south on Estero Blvd. Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens off island are just a short drive away.
