Impeccably designed with brand new flooring, kitchen cabinets, and appliances, as well as upgraded bathrooms, paint, and more. The villa will be furnished with new furniture in the living room, dining room, and kids' room. Embracing a coastal theme with driftwood-inspired color palette of serene whites and calming blues. ***
This top-of-the-line Hilton Head villa features all of the comforts you will need for a first-class getaway. The entire villa has been designer decorated. There are plenty of windows showcasing the stunning ocean views from almost every room!
There is a cushioned bench seat in the foyer with a mounted coat rack. The renovated kitchen is off to the left and has three cushioned chairs at the white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including the Liebherr refrigerator with a built-in ice maker and a instant-hot faucet at the sink. In the kitchen closet is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large white wood rectangular dining table that comfortably seats 9 guests.
In the living room you will find a blue sofa with chaise lounge, large ottoman, two swivel armchairs, and a mounted 52” Samsung ROKU TV. There is also a large workspace/desk with built in shelves in the living room in case you need to get some work done while visiting. Wonderful ocean views are highlighted by huge windows and a sliding glass door to a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Out on the balcony there is a wrought iron table for four. This balcony extends the entire length of the villa and overlooks the pools, landscaped yard and gorgeous ocean views.
The first of the four bedrooms is off the living room. It has new carpet, king bed, accent chair, and a 50” Smart TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the unit. The first bedroom on the right has a king bed, new hardwood floors, a mounted 40” Smart TV, and access to the balcony. It also has a private bath with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The bedroom across the hall has two twin beds, new hardwood floors, 40” Smart TV and a private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower. At the end of the hall is the master suite which features new carpet, a king bed, a walk-in closet and a 50” Smart TV. The slider leads to the balcony where there is a lounge chair and two wrought iron chairs so you can enjoy the vast ocean views. The renovated master bathroom features a large walk-in shower.
A great feature of staying at Windsor Court North is that you have access to the large pool, lounge chairs, kiddie pool, hot tub, playground, and grilling area. Most importantly, you have the boardwalk to the beach just steps from your condo to make going from beach to pool to condo to beach (or whatever order you choose), easy as can be!
