Located in the town of Camden on the rocky shores of Penobscot Bay, this lovely Maine oceanfront vacation rental home has magnificent views from not only the large deck, but also many of the rooms!
Although there are other homes in the neighborhood, Penobscot Bay House offers a quiet location in which to relax. The house has mature plantings, and there is a path leading to another small and private sitting area overlooking the bay.
Barrett's Cove on Lake Megunticook is just a 10 minute-drive and has a small sandy beach and picnic tables. Lincolnville Beach is also a short 10-minute drive north of Camden and has a sandy beach along with shops, restaurants, and take-out dining choices.
Built in 1980 and traditional in style, Penobscot Bay House has cathedral ceilings in both the living room and the first-floor primary bedroom. The primary bedroom, living room, and dining room, with their large windows, overlook the bay - with other rooms having partial views. Penobscot Bay House is fully air-conditioned.
This is a seven-night minimum stay rental.
