Very private and part of a beautiful upscale waterfront Cotuit neighborhood. Spend the day at a Barnstable beach such as Loop beach in Cotuit or any other beach in the other villages with the house provided beach pass.
Outside Living Space
No doubt the focus of your outdoor living here will be the oversized kidney shaped pool with a jetted spa. Make a pitcher of margaritas at the cabana pool bar, kick back and relax. Inside Living Space
Most of the main level of this stunning home is comprised of the elegant living room and thoughtfully outfitted kitchen. Recently renovated, the sparkling kitchen features a large gas range and an immense island with a handy prep sink and high boy seating for four. The open, very social kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, highlighted by a two-story window wall and skylights with expansive water views, and an imaginative second level curved balcony overlooking the main level lounge space below. The living room also provides a large wall mounted TV and an impressive, ceiling high stone fireplace.
There's also a finished lower level with a game room featuring a regulation-size pool table and another TV lounge area.

There's one bedroom on the main level. It has a queen size bed and a private full bath. Most of the bedrooms in this house are on the second level. The spacious primary bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and a full private bath with a large twin sink vanity.
