Located in the town center, the property is very unique and sits between Walter's Basin Restaurant and the Squam Lakes Marketplace. There are also two Marina's, including the one seen in the movie 'On Golden Pond'. The house is on Little Squam Lake, located right near to the canal which leads to Squam Lake, which provides incredible views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
