There is an electric fireplace and giant TV over the fireplace where guests may enjoy their latest streaming shows on any of the smart TVs in the house. This home also has WIFI and cable television. The large table and chairs along with seating at the island will accommodate all of the guests so everyone can sit for a meal. The three "adult" bedrooms each have a king-size bed and private bathroom and walkout access to the deck from all three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a television and ceiling fan - a room for all of the adults to have some privacy! The fourth bedroom is a custom-made bunk room with 3 sets of twin bunks. No sleeper sofas on this property - everyone in a bed. The walkout balcony features ample seating and a nice view of the water as the homes in this neighborhood were built for their view of the water, situated on the lot so each home has a nice view.
