Seabrook Beach is a gem!! Our property is located just a couple hundred yards from the beach path, easy access to routes 495/95, Hampton Beach and the historic port cities of Newburyport (MA) and Portsmouth (NH).
Two separate cottages on the same property allows family and/or friends to be together but also have your own space -
Cottage 1 (Front): 3BR/2Bth -- first floor queen bedroom, 1st floor full bathroom. 2nd floor 2 bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, 1 queen bed & 1 twin bed), 2nd floor full bathroom with tub-shower, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and pvt outdoor shower, tv, wifi, gas grill and grilling area with table and chairs. Classic cottage design. Parking for 3-4 cars.
Cottage 2 (Back): --- 4+BR/2Bth -- 2 floors --- 4 bedroom (3 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds) & the 5th is a room with a futon, 2 full bathrooms with showers, full kitchen, washer/dryer, pvt outdoor shower, tv. wifi, gas grill, large covered porch and small private backyard. Parking for 4 cars.
Traveling with extended family and friends on vacation? In the area to attend a wedding, reunion? Our property has two separate, but private cottages that will allow your group to be together, but provide ample space and privacy for everyone.
Visiting from outside the region? Seabrook Beach is the ideal location to use as a central base to drive and visit Boston (1hr), Portland (1hr), the Maine coast, the White Mountains (1.5hr), or viewing birds and wildlife at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. Cape Cod, Rhode Island, Vermont and the Berkshires are all easily reachable by car for an overnight, or a long day trip.
