The Crescent Beach Access is one-half of a mile south, and Siesta Beach is just under a mile north of the Siesta Villa Laughing Gull. The white sand beach shoreline connects the beaches from Point of Rocks to the Siesta Beach Pavilion, and then all the way to the Siesta Village.
The large heated pool for the Polynesian Garden residents and guests is steps away and provides the perfect setting for swimming and relaxing. The pool is surrounded by majestic oak trees which provides additional shade when needed and the tranquility of a peaceful setting.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.
Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
