Located just between Belmont, Midtown, & 12th South, our charming cottage is just around the corner from some of the best shops and restaurants. Coffee shops, boutiques, Barbeque, pizza, bars, and a grocery store are all just a short trip away. Our charming, detached loft apartment is perfect for guests who want to come and go as they please, have a quiet place to work, relax, unwind, and feel like a local in one of Nashville`s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Our home is a private second-story apartment above a detached garage. You can come and go as you please. The loft beams with beautiful, inspiring light and is ready for a clean, quiet, and intimate stay.

While we can`t accommodate early check-ins and check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags after noon on the day of check-in. Uber or Lyft can take you to the famous Broadway live music venues for a night (or day) out on the town in about 10 minutes.
