The Penfield NY location on the East side of Rochester is within 2 miles of both the entrances of 590 and 490 and 15 minutes to downtown Rochester, There are stores and restaurants, gym, groceries, pharmacies and parks all between .25 and 2 miles away.
Apartment 11 is in the rear of the building and has a view of the courtyard. It is private and quiet. Although it is one long unit, the living spaces are broken up to give the experience of different rooms. The bathroom is lovely, fully tiled and across from the sleeping space. The blend of blues with the different textures and the soft gray walls enhance the relaxing atmosphere of Apartment 11.
You will be able to access all shared hallways and laundry. No one can access your space except you.
