Twin Beds in Bedroom 2 and a Queen in Bedroom 3 and sleeper sofa in the living area. The Full Bath adjacent to the 2 guest bedrooms also contains the full size Washer and Dryer. You will also find a kitchen that has granite counter tops. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and cups. So whether you decide to stay in and cook, go to one of the grills located in the community or go to one of the thousands of restaurants in the area you will have everything you need.
The condo has a perfect centralized location for access to any of the Grand Strands top golf courses, easy access to 17, 501, and 31, and less than 10 minutes from the beach. No matter where you want to spend time this condo will be the perfect location for you.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
