S. Permuda Wynd 139 House has various damage in several areas. All damage areas will be repaired or replaced to the same or better condition than prior to the storm. We are actively pursuing all repairs but the busy market for repairs makes it difficult to estimate the completion of those repairs. We are optimistic that the repairs will be completed by June. There is a large capacity washer and dryer and an outside hot/cold enclosed shower.The Beach is NEVER crowded, even during summer months parents will love the quiet neighborhood setting for children.Highly-rated golf course is nearby. Gourmet restaurants and family-style restaurants are conveniently located.
