This cozy 2 bedroom apartment is your home away from home. 15-20 minutes by car and train to NYC, the house is well located in a beautiful, and quiet residential neighborhood so that you can relax after a long day exploring Manhattan or Jersey City. The house is fully stocked with complimentary shower liquids, high speed internet, fresh linens, and towels every single stay.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

The Neighborhood:
Known affectionately as the "sixth borough," Jersey City is staking its claim as a destination in its own right within the New York City metropolitan area. Young professionals, artists and families have flocked to the Jersey side of the Hudson in recent years and have created a city that is both an extension of Manhattan and a place where you can see and feel an authentic Jersey vibe. Visitors to New York City will find that Jersey City not only offers more reasonably-priced accommodations with easy access to the Big Apple, but also noteworthy parks, restaurants, bars and other attractions that will make for a fun and memorable trip.
Getting Around:
The most convenient way to Manhattan is by Uber or PATH train. It is a 15-20 minute Uber ride to get to Midtown West/Times Square, and it's a 15 minutes ride on the PATH to get to the World Trade Center.

Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing
Pets may be allowed for an additional fee ranging from $75 - $300 depending on length of stay

Late check out fee is at $75/hour
There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors
No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
